My wanderlust started in hot summers in the ’60s when my parents would pack the family into our VW bus. We set out on freestyle vacations to see the Grand Canyon and the nation’s capital. Ever since then, I have enjoyed experiencing new places and sharing them with others.
My dad was a photography enthusiast and built a darkroom behind our home, where he taught photography workshops. I had a free run of the lab, where I developed and printed photographs.
Living in the South, where snow was rare, I especially enjoyed capturing the sunlight reflecting through ice-covered trees after the occasional winter storm.
I enjoy mixing exploration and photography to share adventures. Passions that were born when I was young and still enjoy today.
